Detailed Itinerary of the 9 Days Safari in Kenya & Tanzania Predator Safari Tour

Day 1 of the 9 Days Safari in Kenya & Tanzania Predator Safari Tour: Arrive in Kenya Jomo Kenyatta International Airport & transfer to the Hotel.

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Meet and greet with one of our company staff. Brief introduction and arranged transfer to the hotel for leisure.

Day 2 of the 9 Days Safari in Kenya & Tanzania Predator Safari Tour: Transfer from Nairobi to Lake Naivasha in Kenya (120kms – Approx. 2.5hrs drive).

After early breakfast transfer at 0800hrs from Nairobi to Lake Naivasha. Enjoy a leisurely and drive with impressive views en route and a short time stop at The View Point to marvel at the scenic beauty of The Great Rift Valley. Arrive Lake Naivasha and transfer to the Jetty to experience a boat ride for 01hour to explore resident hippos and spot the Fish Eagle Hunt its prey. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch, leisure and relaxation at the game of Golf of swimming at the pool which is nestled at the highest point in the Great Rift Valley.

Day 3 of the 9 Days Safari in Kenya & Tanzania Predator Safari Tour: Transfer from Lake Naivasha to Maasai Mara in Kenya (255kms – Approx. 5hrs drive)

After an early morning breakfast transfer at 0800hrs to The world’s famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Arrive Maasai Mara in time for lunch at the lodge, relaxation and leisure in the afternoon. Undertake an evening game drive in search of wildlife. Overnight at the lodge.

Day 4 of the 9 Days Safari in Kenya & Tanzania Predator Safari Tour:  A full day of game drive in Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya

Start a game drive early in the morning at 0630hrs in search of wildlife. Return to the lodge for breakfast and spend the day at leisure. Search for wildlife in a rewarding 1600hrs game drive.

Day 5 of the 9 Days Safari in Kenya & Tanzania Predator Safari Tour:  Transfer from Maasai Mara Game reserve in Kenya Via Isebania to Serengeti National Park in Tanzania (400kms – Approx. 9hrs drive)

Early morning breakfast at the lodge in Maasai Mara, transfer at 0800hrs to the Kenya-Tanzania Boarder (Isebania) where you will be served with picnic lunch. Clear with Immigration office and at Isebania and continue to Serengeti National park in Tanzania with an en route game drive to the lodge.

Day 6 of the 9 Days Safari in Kenya & Tanzania Predator Safari Tour: A full day of game drive in Serengeti National Park in Tanzania.

After morning breakfast at 0700hrs, transfer with picnic lunch for a day of game drives to the large landscapes of Serengeti (14,763sq km area). Connecting to Maasai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya. Serengeti is perhaps the most famous Wildlife Safari destination in Tanzania- mainly known for the Great Migration of herds of Wildebeests in their search for grazing pasture and water. Serengeti is a home to the mighty lions, herds of giraffes, cheetahs, herds of Zebras, Grant`s and Thomson`s gazelles, impalas, elands, warthogs and so many species of birds. Return to the lodge for relaxation in the evening, dinner and overnight.

Day 7 of the 9 Days Safari in Kenya & Tanzania Predator Safari Tour: Transfer from Serengeti national park to Ngorongoro Conservation area – Karatu in Tanzania (180 km – 3hrs drive)

After breakfast depart with packed lunch, game drives en route to Ngorongoro Conservation area via Ol duvai Gorge. Slop to the rime of Ngorongoro Crater to undertake game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater a portion of a larger area of the topography with crater highlands (to which the Ngorongoro Crater belongs) and vast plains, bush and woodland.

After a thrilling day, move up to the Crater rim and continue to the lodge for leisure and overnight.

Day 8 of the 9 Days Safari in Kenya & Tanzania Predator Safari Tour: Transfer from Ngorongoro Conservation area to Tarangire National Park (approx. 155 km – 3hrs drive).

Have morning breakfast and transfer with packed lunch to Tarangire national park covering 2,600sq km and about 130km from Arusha. Tarangire is located in the south east of Maasai plains and north west of the great rift valley. The north of Tarangire is the Tarangire river which pours in lake Burungi where herds of Elephants, Zebras, wildebeests, impalas, giraffes, greater and lesser Kudu, gazelles and other wildlife species gather.

Day 9 of the 9 Days Safari in Kenya & Tanzania Predator Safari Tour: Transfer from Tarangire to Arusha (125 km – 2hrs) – JRO (55 Km – 40 Minutes).

Enjoy an early morning breakfast and depart with packed lunch for the last game drive. After transfer to Arusha and continue to Kilimanjaro International airport for a flight back home.
